The rugged and tough design of the Platinum Series ABS (acrylonitrile-butadlene-styrene). ABS plastic remains hard, rigid and tough even at low temperatures and keeps the overall tent weight to a minimum. The inside of the tent has been lined with pleated anti-condensation material. The roof also has storage space to place clothes blankets and shoes.
The Platinum Series Hard Shell is supplied with stainless steel hinges and fixings to withstand harsh elements. The tent has access points on the left and right sides. The gas struts have been upgraded to hold up the tent in extreme conditions. 4 Window rods are supplied with the RTT to use for the two access points or windows.
Bug Screens are essential along with blocking out the morning light. The Platinum Series Hard Shell will give a bug-free night's sleep and you might be able to sleep in without the morning sun bothering you. The tent has 4 tent rods supplied to secure the windows.
The aerodynamic design of the Platinum Series s improves gas mileage, noise reduction and helps reduce the height of the vehicle overall.
